Healing Minds, Nurturing Hope is a psychosocial support initiative

designed to enhance the emotional well being and resilience of

displaced children in Mawasi, Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip. The project

based interventions that help children cope with the stress and trauma

associated with displacement. It directly supports 816 children aged 12–

5, as well as 816 caregivers and 24 youth volunteers who are engaged

and trained to assist in implementing the activities. Additionally, 1,824

community members benefit indirectly through awareness sessions and

community engagement efforts. The project runs for two months, from

1 January 2026 to 28 February 2026, and focuses on fostering a safe,
